We require a $50 security deposit to schedule a consultation with one of our practitioners. This deposit helps secure your appointment and compensates for the time and expertise of our practitioner.
PLEASE NOTE: that this is a Consultation Only appointment, and the practitioner will reserve up to one hour for the consultation. This does not guarantee that the practitioner will have time to perform the procedure on the same day.
If you wish to guarantee time for a procedure on the day of your consultation, please book the Consultation + Procedure option through our shop.
If you later decide to proceed with the treatment, the $50 deposit will be credited towards the cost of the service.
REFUND POLICY: The deposit is non-refundable as it covers the cost associated with reserving time with our skilled professionals. If you decide not to proceed with the treatment, the deposit remains non-refundable.

Additionally, the deposit is non-refundable if you are a no-show or if you fail to provide our office with at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling. However, if you provide the required 48 hours' notice, the deposit can be refunded. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and fairly compensate our staff.
Once your appointment is booked, please review your confirmation email carefully. It contains important information regarding your upcoming appointment, as well as pre-procedural advice to ensure the procedure is performed properly, with minimal discomfort, and with the best possible outcome.
