CONSULTATION + PROCEDURE - Security Deposit
We require a $150 security deposit to schedule a consultation and procedure with one of our practitioners. This deposit helps secure your appointment and compensates for the time and expertise of our practitioner. The deposit will be credited towards your procedure. If you decide not to proceed with the procedure, please note that the deposit is non-refundable, as the practitioner has reserved approximately three hours of their schedule for both the consultation and the procedure on the same day.
If you prefer to receive only a consultation, please select the $50 CONSULTATION ONLY option when booking through our shop.
The deposit is also non-refundable if you are a no-show or if you fail to provide our office with at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling. However, if you give the required 48 hours' notice, the deposit can be refunded. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and fairly compensate our staff.
Once your procedure is booked, please review your confirmation email carefully. It contains important information regarding your upcoming appointment, as well as pre-procedural advice to ensure the procedure is performed properly and with minimal discomfort, leading to the best possible outcome.
